依据新加坡陆路交通局和新加坡旅游局法令规定,马来西亚注册旅游巴士是不能于新加坡任何地方接载新加坡旅客, 违反法令者将提控并惩罚.新加坡旅行社应使用新加坡注册旅游巴士。
(必须拥有进入马来西亚执照)接送往马来西亚关卡以便转换马来西亚旅游巴)。

Under LTA & STB regulations, Malaysia Tour Coaches are NOT allowed to pick up Singapore Travelers from Singapore to Malaysia. Penalty will be charged for violating the rules. Singapore Tour Operators are required to engage Singapore Registered Tour Buses (with permit to enter Malaysia) to convey Traveler from Singapore to Johor Bahru. Changes of Buses in Johor Bahru Custom (via Woodlands or Tuas) are required.
